We previously communicated that on June 26 we would have a decision on whether some summer courses would be able to take place on campus beginning July 13. We are happy to report that all of the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including contactless thermometers have been received, and, along with the formal approval of the School’s Health and Safety Plan, we are confident that these small groups of students, faculty, and staff can safely return to on-campus learning.
Parents of the students enrolled in the on-campus summer courses* (starting on July 13) will receive an email before Monday, June 29 outlining the steps to begin their required emocha health monitoring. Parents of the students enrolled in on-site offerings after July 13 will receive an email two weeks prior to the course start date.
The School requires that all community members (students, faculty, and staff) log 14 consecutive days of health monitoring via the emocha app prior to returning to campus. These screening, monitoring, and hygiene-related community mitigation strategies, greatly reduce the risk of infection while on campus.
